Medaille College Libraries Interlibrary Loan Services

The Medaille College Libraries participate in local, state, regional and national resource sharing programs to obtain materials for currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff.  This resource sharing service is known as interlibrary loan or ILL.  Interlibrary loan is a library-to-library transaction; therefore all requests must be channeled through our libraries.

Currently enrolled Medaille students, faculty members, or staff members may request materials through the interlibrary loan services.

Submitting requests

Items that can be requested:

  1. Books
  2. Photocopies of articles from journals owned by other libraries, which Medaille College Libraries does not own.

These items can be requested through ILLiad, our interlibrary loan management software.
Book requests can also be made directly from WorldCat.
Article requests can also be made directly from the EBSCO and Proquest databases.

You will need to register for an ILLiad account before you can request items through interlibrary loan. Click on the "Logon" link above to get started.

Please contact the Buffalo Campus Branch of the Medaille College Libraries (716-880-2283) if you have any questions about creating an account or logging in.
